  • What would you do? We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented HR Service Delivery Associate to join our team. In this role, you will deliver comprehensive HR services to our employees and business leaders, execute performance achievement and rewards processes, oversee reporting and insights on key metrics, and advise leadership on HR-related business strategies. You will also design and deliver HR programs, ensuring alignment with strategic HR and business objectives, and drive initiatives using benchmarks and best practices. Proficiency in using Workday tools for employee record management is essential for this role.You will be a part of the Human Resources Shared Services (HRSS) team that supports lateral recruitment of Accenture's Operations entity and will be responsible for building the strategy towards fulfilment of demands and exercising thought leadership in improving the overall delivery efficiency of HRSS services to its clients. This team is accountable for delivery of talent across regions in partnership with regional recruitment teams.This team works on designing, developing, and implementing HR Delivery Strategy to support the end to end employee experience across lifecycle. This includes coaching and advising account/engagement leads and employees when needed and coordinate and deliver HR activities. They work on HR Operations Processes like recruitment, WFA, Benefits, Exit, Payroll, LOA etc. They work on delivery of non-commercial aspects of the outsourcing agreement as well as standards of service (related to quality, effectiveness, productivity, efficiency etc.)

  • Results orientation1.HR Service Delivery:oProvide HR services to employees and business leaders.oExecute performance achievement and rewards processes.oOversee the preparation and dissemination of reports and insights on metrics and trends impacting the business.oAdvise leadership on HR aspects of business strategies, issues, and decisions.oDesign and deliver HR programs tailored to business needs.2.HR Execution and Alignment:oExecute the complete scope of HR services across internal teams and external service providers.oEnsure alignment of HR service delivery with strategic HR and business objectives.oDrive HR initiatives using industry benchmarks and best practices.3.HR Processes and Programs:oDevelop and deliver HR processes, programs, and services to support the overall human capital strategy.oContinuously improve HR services to meet the evolving needs of the business.oCollaborate with stakeholders to ensure HR programs are effectively communicated and implemented.4.Workday Tools Utilization:oUse Workday tools for employee record management and HR processes.oEnsure accurate and up-to-date employee records in Workday.oLeverage Workday functionalities to streamline HR operations and reporting.

    Roles and Responsibilities:
  • In this role you are required to solve routine problems, largely through precedent and referral to general guidelines
  • Your expected interactions are within your own team and direct supervisor
  • You will be provided detailed to moderate level of instruction on daily work tasks and detailed instruction on new assignments
  • The decisions that you make would impact your own work
  • You will be an individual contributor as a part of a team, with a predetermined, focused scope of work
  • Please note that this role may require you to work in rotational shifts
