Summary:As an Application Lead for Packaged Application Development, you will be responsible for leading the effort to design, build, and configure applications, acting as the primary point of contact. Your typical day will involve working with SAP Quality Management (QM) and collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality solutions.
Roles & Responsibilities:

Lead the design, development, and implementation of SAP QM solutions, ensuring adherence to best practices and standards.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements, design solutions, and ensure successful delivery of projects.

Provide technical leadership and guidance to team members, ensuring adherence to project timelines and quality standards.

Act as the primary point of contact for clients, managing expectations and ensuring timely resolution of issues.

Stay updated with the latest advancements in SAP QM and related technologies, integrating innovative approaches for sustained competitive advantage. Professional & Technical Skills:

Must To Have Skills:Strong experience in SAP Quality Management (QM).

Good To Have Skills:Experience in SAP Production Planning (PP) and Material Management (MM).

Solid understanding of SAP QM processes and functionality.

Experience in leading SAP QM implementations and upgrades.

Strong knowledge of SAP QM integration with other SAP modules.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Additional Information:
