Summary:As an Application Support Engineer, you will be responsible for identifying and solving issues within multiple components of critical business systems. Your typical day will involve troubleshooting and resolving technical issues related to Microsoft Active Directory and Azure Active Directory.
Roles & Responsibilities:

Provide technical support for Microsoft Active Directory and Azure Active Directory, including troubleshooting and resolving issues related to user authentication, access control, and group policy management.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and resolve complex technical issues, utilizing strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Develop and maintain technical documentation, including standard operating procedures and knowledge base articles, to ensure effective knowledge transfer and issue resolution.

Participate in on-call rotations to provide 24/7 support for critical business systems, ensuring timely resolution of issues and minimal impact to business operations. Professional & Technical Skills:

Must To Have Skills:Strong technical expertise in Microsoft Active Directory, including experience with user authentication, access control, and group policy management.

Good To Have Skills:Experience with Microsoft Azure Active Directory.

Solid understanding of ITIL processes and best practices for incident, problem, and change management.

Experience with PowerShell scripting and automation for Active Directory management.

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to troubleshoot complex technical issues.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams. Additional Information:

The candidate should have a minimum of 7.5 years of experience in Microsoft Active Directory.

The ideal candidate will possess a strong educational background in computer science, information technology, or a related field, along with a proven track record of delivering effective technical support for critical business systems.
