Summary:As an Application Lead for Packaged Application Development, you will be responsible for leading the effort to design, build, and configure applications, acting as the primary point of contact. Your typical day will involve utilizing your expertise in Oracle Insurance Revenue Management and Billing for Healthcare Payers to deliver impactful solutions to our clients in Bengaluru.
Roles & Responsibilities:

Lead the design, development, and implementation of Oracle Insurance Revenue Management and Billing for Healthcare Payers applications.

Act as the primary point of contact for clients, providing guidance and support throughout the project lifecycle.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful delivery of projects, utilizing your expertise in Oracle Healthcare.

Provide technical leadership and mentorship to junior team members, ensuring adherence to best practices and standards.

Stay up-to-date with the latest advancements in Oracle Insurance Revenue Management and Billing for Healthcare Payers, integrating innovative approaches for sustained competitive advantage. Professional & Technical Skills:
