Summary:As an LabVantage Integration Application Developer, your day-to-day activities will revolve around leveraging your advanced proficiency in Laboratory Information Management System (LIMS) to develop and maintain software applications. In this role, you'll be responsible for designing, coding, testing, and debugging software applications. Additionally, you'll be entrusted with the task of ensuring seamless integration with other IT components, thus playing a significant role in contributing to the organization's overall success. You must have advanced proficiency in Laboratory Information Management System (LIMS). Having intermediate proficiency in Configuration & Release Management and advanced proficiency in Design & Build Enablement will be advantageous
Roles & Responsibilities:

As an LabVantage, integration application Developer, your day-to-day activities will revolve around leveraging your advanced proficiency in Laboratory Information Management System (LIMS) to develop and maintain software applications.

You'll be responsible for designing, coding, testing, and debugging software applications.

You'll be entrusted with the task of ensuring seamless integration with other IT components, thus playing a significant role in contributing to the organization's overall success.

You must have advanced proficiency in Laboratory Information Management System (LIMS).

Having intermediate proficiency in Configuration & Release Management and advanced proficiency in Design & Build Enablement will be advantageous.

Expected to perform independently and become an SME.

Required active participation/contribution in team discussions.

Contribute in providing solutions to work-related problems.

Collaborate with stakeholders to define project objectives and scope.

Develop and maintain project plans, including timelines, budgets, and resource allocation.

Monitor project progress and ensure adherence to timelines and deliverables.

Identify and mitigate project risks and issues.
Professional & Technical Skills:

Must To Have Skills:Proficiency in Laboratory Information and Execution Systems.

Strong understanding of program and project management principles, methodologies, and tools.

Experience in delivering business and technology outcomes through programs and projects.

Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.

Ability to analyze complex problems, identify solutions, and make data-driven decisions.

Good To Have Skills:Experience with Life Sciences.

Knowledge of regulatory requirements and industry standards in the Life Sciences domain.

Experience in managing projects in the Life Sciences industry.

Familiarity with laboratory information management systems and laboratory execution systems.

Understanding of data management and data analysis techniques in a laboratory setting.
Additional Information:

The candidate should have a minimum of 3 years of experience in Laboratory Information and Execution Systems.

This position is based at our Bengaluru office.

A 15 years full-time education is required.
