Summary:We are seeking a highly skilled and innovative Senior Manager with expertise in new-age media platforms (OTT, audio streaming, etc.) and social media ecosystems (Meta, TikTok, Snapchat, etc.). This role requires a blend of technical acumen and functional expertise, emphasizing tools, technologies, and strategies in OTT, programmatic advertising, and social media marketing.

Roles & Responsibilities:You will work closely with our clients as Consulting Professionals who design, build and implement strategies that can help enhance business performance. As part of these, you will drive, lead the workstream or the consulting team in the following:

1. New Age Media Expertise (OTT and Audio Platforms)

  • Lead and manage campaigns on platforms like YouTube, Hotstar, Netflix Ads, Amazon Prime Video Ads, Spotify etc
  • Hands-on experience with OTT advertising platforms, including audience targeting, content alignment, and performance optimization.
  • Develop strategies for streaming and subscription-based platforms to increase engagement and conversions.
  • Analyze viewership and audience behavior data to create actionable insights and optimize campaigns.
  • Collaborate with creative teams to ensure ad formats align with platform-specific guidelines, such as skippable ads, bumper ads, and native content integrations.2. Social Media Ecosystem Management
  • Drive social media campaigns across platforms such as Meta (Facebook, Instagram), TikTok, Snapchat, Pinterest, LinkedIn, and Twitter/X.
  • Deep understanding of ad management tools like Meta Ads Manager, TikTok Ads, and Snap Ads Manager.
  • Leverage social listening tools and analytics (e.g., Brandwatch, Sprinklr) to identify trends and audience sentiment.
  • Execute paid and organic strategies, including influencer collaborations and content marketing campaigns.
  • Ensure seamless integration of social campaigns with overall marketing strategies and measure their impact on brand visibility and ROI.3. Functional Orchestration and Tool Expertise
  • Expertise with demand-side platforms (DSPs) and programmatic tools, integrating them with OTT and social media campaigns.
  • Work with analytics tools like Google Analytics 4, Sprout Social, and OTT platform dashboards for actionable reporting.
  • Drive functional alignment across creative, data, and technology teams to execute campaigns effectively.
  • Ensure smooth adoption and usage of tools for performance measurement, reporting, and audience targeting.
  • Identify and onboard innovative advertising technologies to enhance campaign effectiveness.4. Strategy and Leadership
  • Design cross-channel marketing strategies integrating OTT, audio streaming, and social platforms to maximize reach and engagement.
  • Engage with clients and internal stakeholders to provide strategic recommendations and updates on campaign performance.
  • Stay abreast of industry trends, platform updates, and emerging tools in new-age media and social ecosystems.
  • Mentor and guide teams to ensure technical excellence and functional effectiveness in campaign execution.Professional & Technical Skills:
  • Hands-on experience with OTT ad platforms like YouTube Ads, Netflix Ads, Hotstar Ads, and audio platforms like Spotify and JioSaavn.
  • Expertise with social media ad tools:Meta Ads Manager, TikTok Ads, Snapchat Ads, etc.
  • Familiarity with DMPs, CDPs, and marketing automation tools for audience targeting and personalization.
  • Strong analytical skills and experience with dashboards like Google Data Studio, Tableau, or platform-native reporting tools.
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to lead cross-functional teams and present insights to stakeholders.
  • Certifications in tools like Meta Blueprint, TikTok Ads Academy, or Google Marketing Platform are a plus.
