Expected to be an SME

Collaborate and manage the team to perform

Responsible for team decisions

Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions

Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams

Lead the team in developing innovative software solutions

Ensure adherence to project timelines and quality standards
Professional & Technical Skills:

Must To Have Skills:Proficiency in Manufacturing Engineering MES

Good To Have Skills:Experience with Dassault Systemes 3DEXPERIENCE APRISO Customization

Strong understanding of software development lifecycle

Experience in leading software development projects

Knowledge of Agile methodologies
Additional Information:

The candidate should have a minimum of 5 years of experience in Manufacturing Engineering MES

This position is based at our Chennai office

A MTech degree is required
