Roles & Responsibilities:- Expected to perform independently and become an SME.- Required active participation/contribution in team discussions.- Contribute in providing solutions to work-related problems.- Lead cross-functional product development teams effectively.- Design and develop software assets meeting internal and external expectations.- Enhance software assets to meet product functionality, cost, and delivery schedules.- Foster accountability, quality, commitment, growth, and innovation in the team.- Participate in solution design to support the sales process.
Professional & Technical Skills:- Must To Have Skills:Proficiency in Salesforce Lightning Aura Components.- Strong understanding of software development methodologies.- Experience in leading and managing cross-functional teams.- Knowledge of product development lifecycle.- Hands-on experience in software asset enhancement.
Additional Information:- The candidate should have a minimum of 3 years of experience in Salesforce Lightning Aura Components.- This position is based at our Chennai office.- A 15 years regular education is required.
