Summary:As an Application Lead for Packaged Application Development, you will be responsible for leading the effort to design, build, and configure applications, acting as the primary point of contact. Your typical day will involve collaborating with cross-functional teams, managing project timelines, and ensuring the successful delivery of applications.
Roles & Responsibilities:

Lead the design, development, and implementation of Manufacturing Engineering MES applications, ensuring adherence to project timelines and budget constraints.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including business analysts, developers, and quality assurance teams, to ensure successful delivery of applications.

Act as the primary point of contact for all application-related issues, providing technical guidance and support to team members as needed.

Develop and maintain project plans, ensuring that all project milestones are met and that project risks are identified and mitigated.

Provide technical leadership and mentorship to team members, ensuring that best practices are followed and that team members are continuously improving their skills and knowledge. Professional & Technical Skills:

Must To Have Skills:Strong experience in Manufacturing Engineering MES.

Must To Have Skills:Experience in leading the design, development, and implementation of applications.

Good To Have Skills:Experience with Agile development methodologies.

Good To Have Skills:Experience with project management tools such as JIRA or Trello.

Strong understanding of software development life cycle (SDLC) methodologies.

Experience with programming languages such as Java or C#.

Experience with database technologies such as Oracle or SQL Server.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Additional Information:

The candidate should have a minimum of 7.5 years of experience in Manufacturing Engineering MES.

The ideal candidate will possess a strong educational background in computer science, engineering, or a related field, along with a proven track record of delivering impactful applications.
