Summary:As an Application Developer, you will design, build, and configure applications to meet business process and application requirements. You will be responsible for developing and implementing Salesforce Service Cloud solutions to enhance customer service and support. Your typical day will involve collaborating with cross-functional teams, analyzing business requirements, designing and developing custom solutions, and ensuring the successful deployment of applications.
Roles & Responsibilities:

Expected to perform independently and become an SME.

Required active participation/contribution in team discussions.

Contribute in providing solutions to work-related problems.

Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather and analyze requirements.

Design and develop Salesforce Service Cloud solutions to meet business needs.

Customize and configure Salesforce Service Cloud applications.

Integrate Salesforce Service Cloud with other systems and applications.

Perform unit testing and support system testing and user acceptance testing.

Provide technical guidance and support to junior developers.
Professional & Technical Skills:

Must To Have Skills:Proficiency in Salesforce Service Cloud.

Strong understanding of Salesforce Service Cloud architecture and functionalities.

Experience in designing and implementing Salesforce Service Cloud solutions.

Knowledge of Salesforce Lightning and Apex programming language.

Experience with Salesforce Service Cloud configuration and customization.

Good To Have Skills:Experience with Salesforce Sales Cloud and Marketing Cloud.

Familiarity with Salesforce integrations and data migration.

Experience with Salesforce Lightning Web Components.

Knowledge of Salesforce DX and version control systems.
Additional Information:

The candidate should have a minimum of 3 years of experience in Salesforce Service Cloud.

This position is based at our Pune office.

A 15 years full-time education is required.
