Project Role Description :Lead a team of engineers that develop technical engineering solutions to solve problems and achieve business objectives. Ensure teams are delivering engineering solutions on time, at the right quality and cost. Work across engineering specializations; including manufacturing, electrical or mechanical engineering, structural and stress design, qualification, configuration, and technical management. Assemble resources to deliver engineering or construction projects.

Roles and Responsibilities
1. Managing, coordinating and facilitating different projects within RAN scope.
2. Track and manage Project Milestones
3. Gathering data about project progress and producing different Operational reports.
4. Site Rescue (follow up and field visit, site access coordination)
5. Driving the entire team for successful Transitioning from Vendor to RAN Ops
6. Freedom from vendor Dependencies/ and Review Risk-Gaps Regularly
7. Performing process audits, Gap Mitigation and Resolution
8. Creating procedures and best practices that will help operations
9. Sets and maintains standards for Overall Managed Services Process
10.Encouraging (or enforcing where necessary) the use of those standards and processes
11. Monitoring and Control of RAN Staff Performance
12. Centralize information to ensure that the management makes informed and timely decisions for the success of the project
