Summary:As a Software Development Lead, you will be responsible for developing and configuring software systems, applying knowledge of technologies, methodologies, and tools to support clients or projects. You will lead a team in delivering high-quality solutions and ensuring project success. Roles & Responsibilities:- Expected to be an SME- Collaborate and manage the team to perform- Responsible for team decisions- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams- Lead and mentor junior team members- Drive innovation and continuous improvement within the team Professional & Technical Skills:- Must To Have Skills:Proficiency in Syniti ADM for SAP- Strong understanding of data migration and data management processes- Experience in SAP data migration projects- Knowledge of SAP data governance and data quality management- Hands-on experience in SAP data integration and transformation Additional Information:- The candidate should have a minimum of 7.5 years of experience in Syniti ADM for SAP- This position is based at our Hyderabad office- A 15 years full-time education is required
