Job Requirements :Key Responsibilities :- Overall solution design for Oracle WMS cloud implementation projects-10 Years of total experience with at least 3 implementation project experience - Guiding mentoring the team members - Participating in WMS cloud related pre sales activities- Building practice assets / solutions / differentiators- Expected to be a SME with deep knowledge and experience.- Should have Influencing and Advisory skills.- Responsible for team decisions.- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.- Expected to provide solutions to problems that apply across multiple teams.- Collaborate with clients to understand their requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
Professional & Technical Skills:- Must To Have Skills:Proficiency in Oracle Cloud Warehouse Management.- Strong understanding of solution architecture principles and best practices.- Experience in designing and implementing scalable and reliable solutions.- Played the role of WMS solution architect in previous engagements- Must have the Business understanding of transportation processes and should be able to understand and articulate process flows and Data flows - In depth knowledge on Oracle WMS cloud in functional , reporting and integration areas- Should have the capability to be self managed, independent and at the same time ability to work in a team specially long distance/ Remote - Very good communication skills - Leadership qualities
Additional Information:- The candidate should have a minimum of 15 years of experience in Oracle Cloud Warehouse Management.- This position is based at our Bengaluru office.- MBA / BE / B.Tech / MCA
