Summary:As an Oracle Database Administrator, you will be responsible for managing and maintaining complex databases. Your typical day will involve ensuring database security, performance tuning, and troubleshooting issues to ensure data integrity and availability.
Roles & Responsibilities:

Manage and maintain Oracle databases, ensuring data security, integrity, and availability.

Perform database performance tuning, optimization, and troubleshooting to ensure optimal database performance.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement database solutions that meet business requirements.

Develop and maintain database backup and recovery procedures to ensure data availability in case of disasters.

Ensure compliance with database security policies and procedures, including access control, data encryption, and auditing. Professional & Technical Skills:

Must To Have Skills:Strong experience in Oracle Database Administration.

Good To Have Skills:Experience with other database technologies such as MySQL, SQL Server, or PostgreSQL.

Solid understanding of database architecture, design, and implementation.

Experience with database performance tuning, optimization, and troubleshooting.

Experience with database backup and recovery procedures.

Knowledge of database security policies and procedures, including access control, data encryption, and auditing. Additional Information:

The candidate should have a minimum of 5 years of experience in Oracle Database Administration.

The ideal candidate will possess a strong educational background in computer science, information technology, or a related field, along with a proven track record of delivering impactful database solutions.
