Summary:As a Software Development Lead, you will be responsible for developing and configuring software systems either end-to-end or for a specific stage of the product lifecycle. You will apply your knowledge of technologies, applications, methodologies, processes, and tools to support clients, projects, or entities. Your typical day will involve collaborating with the team to design and implement software solutions, ensuring the quality and functionality of the systems.
Roles & Responsibilities:

Expected to perform independently and become an SME.

Required active participation/contribution in team discussions.

Contribute in providing solutions to work-related problems.

Collaborate with the team to design and implement software solutions.

Ensure the quality and functionality of the systems.

Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior team members.

Stay updated with the latest industry trends and technologies.

Identify and resolve technical issues and bugs in the software systems.

Excellent Communication skills to co-ordinate support/Maintenance activities with customer and project team.

Testing Professional & Technical Skills:

Must To Have Skills:Proficiency in SAP BTP Mobile Application Development.

Good To Have Skills:Experience with Android Application Development, SAP ABAP Development for HANA.

Strong understanding of software development methodologies and processes.

Experience in designing and developing mobile applications using SAP BTP.

Knowledge of SAP ABAP Development for HANA.

Familiarity with Agile development methodologies.

Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.

Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.Nice to Have Skills:

Functional S/4HANA Work Clearance Management (WCM), Asset Manager

The candidate should have a minimum of 3 years of experience in SAP BTP Mobile Application Development.

Willing to support during weekend (day shift)

This position is based at our Bengaluru office.
