Additionally, you will leverage our existing expertise and resources to create customized academy solutions that meet the specific needs of our clients, empowering their teams with the skills and knowledge necessary to thrive in today's digital landscape.
Roles & Responsibilities:oConduct in-depth analysis of specific industries and functional areas to identify critical skills and competencies.oStay up-to-date with industry trends, technological advancements, and regulatory changes.oDevelop a deep understanding of the unique challenges and opportunities faced by different industries and functional roles.oConduct thorough needs assessments with clients to understand their specific goals, challenges, and desired outcomes.oIdentify gaps in their current tech capabilities and recommend tailored academy solutions.
Professional & Technical Skills:oDesign and develop industry-specific and functional academy curriculums that align with the latest industry standards and best practices.oCollaborate with industry experts and Capability owners, SMEs to design comprehensive and up-to-date curriculums aligned with market trends and prepares learners for real-world applications.oAdapt our existing academies to align with client requirements and industry standards.oEnsure that curriculum content is engaging, relevant, and prepares learners for successful careers in tech.oCollaborate with subject matter experts and instructional designers to create engaging and effective learning experiences.oGather feedback from clients and participants to identify areas for improvement.oStay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in tech education.oExplore opportunities to enhance the effectiveness and impact of our Industry academy programs.
Additional Information:

Experience in market research or business development.

Familiarity with learning management systems and educational technology tools.
