About the Role:As a Tech Academy Development Lead, you will be instrumental in scaling and delivering our successful internal tech academy programs to external clients. You will oversee the development and implementation of our tech academy, ensuring a seamless learning experience for learners and driving innovation in the field of tech education. Additionally, you will leverage our existing expertise and resources to create customized tech academy solutions that meet the specific needs of our clients, empowering their teams with the skills and knowledge necessary to thrive in today's digital landscape.
Roles & Responsibilities:oConduct in-depth market research to identify emerging tech trends, skill gaps, and industry demands.oAnalyze competitor offerings and identify opportunities for differentiation.oAssess the potential market for our tech academy programs and develop target market profiles.oConduct thorough needs assessments with clients to understand their specific goals, challenges, and desired outcomes.oIdentify gaps in their current tech capabilities and recommend tailored academy solutions.
Professional & Technical Skills:oCollaborate with industry experts and Capability owners, SMEs to design comprehensive and up-to-date tech curriculums aligned with market trends and client needs.oAdapt our existing academies to align with client requirements and industry standards.oEnsure that curriculum content is engaging, relevant, and prepares learners for successful careers in tech.oCollaborate with subject matter experts and instructional designers to create engaging and effective learning experiences.oGather feedback from clients and participants to identify areas for improvement.oStay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in tech education.oExplore opportunities to enhance the effectiveness and impact of our tech academy programs.
Additional Information:
