As an Application Developer, you will design, build, and configure applications to meet business process and application requirements. You will be responsible for ensuring the successful implementation of Pega Platform in our organization, leveraging your expertise in this field. Your typical day will involve collaborating with cross-functional teams, analyzing business requirements, designing and developing applications, and configuring Pega Platform to meet the specific needs of our organization. You will play a crucial role in driving the digital transformation of our business processes and delivering high-quality solutions.


Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to perform independently and become an SME.
- Required active participation/contribution in team discussions.
- Contribute in providing solutions to work-related problems.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to analyze business requirements.
- Design and develop applications using Pega Platform.
- Configure Pega Platform to meet the specific needs of the organization.
- Ensure the successful implementation of Pega Platform.
- Provide technical guidance and support to the team.
- Continuously enhance and optimize applications built on Pega Platform.


Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills:Proficiency in Pega Platform.
- Strong understanding of software development principles and methodologies.
- Experience in designing and developing applications using Pega Platform.
- Knowledge of Pega Platform architecture and best practices.
- Hands-on experience in configuring Pega Platform applications.
- Good To Have Skills:Experience with Java or other programming languages.

Additional Information:
- The candidate should have a minimum of 3 years of experience in Pega Platform.
- This position is based at our Mumbai office.
- A 15 years full-time education is required.
