Summary:As an Application Lead, you will lead the effort to design, build, and configure applications, acting as the primary point of contact. You will be responsible for ensuring the successful implementation of applications and providing technical guidance to the team. Your typical day will involve collaborating with stakeholders, analyzing requirements, designing solutions, and overseeing the development process.
Roles & Responsibilities:

Expected to perform independently and become an SME.

Required active participation/contribution in team discussions.

Contribute in providing solutions to work-related problems.

Lead the design and development of applications.

Act as the primary point of contact for application-related queries.

Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and analyze requirements.

Design and implement solutions that meet business needs.

Provide technical guidance and mentorship to the development team.

Ensure the successful implementation of applications.

Oversee the development process and ensure adherence to best practices.

Troubleshoot and resolve application-related issues.

Stay updated with the latest industry trends and technologies.

Identify areas for improvement and propose innovative solutions.

Conduct code reviews and ensure code quality and standards.

Document application design, architecture, and processes.
Professional & Technical Skills:

Must To Have Skills:Proficiency in SAP S/4HANA Group Reporting.

Strong understanding of financial reporting and consolidation processes.

Experience with SAP S/4HANA implementation projects.

Knowledge of SAP S/4HANA data models and reporting structures.

Experience with SAP S/4HANA Group Reporting configuration and customization.

Good To Have Skills:Experience with SAP S/4HANA Finance modules.

Experience with SAP S/4HANA migration and data conversion.

Knowledge of SAP S/4HANA integration with other systems.
Additional Information:

The candidate should have a minimum of 3 years of experience in SAP S/4HANA Group Reporting.

This position is based at our Mumbai office.

A 15 years full-time education is required.
