Summary:As a Program/Project Management Representative, you will deliver business and technology outcomes for assigned programs, projects, or contracted services. You will leverage standard tools, methodologies, and processes to deliver, monitor, and control service level agreements. Your typical day will involve ensuring the successful delivery of projects, managing service level agreements, and utilizing tools and methodologies to achieve desired outcomes.
Roles & Responsibilities:

Expected to perform independently and become an SME.

Required active participation/contribution in team discussions.

Contribute in providing solutions to work-related problems.

Manage and oversee the successful delivery of assigned programs, projects, or contracted services.

Utilize standard tools, methodologies, and processes to monitor and control service level agreements.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure the achievement of desired outcomes.

Identify and mitigate risks and issues that may impact project delivery.

Provide regular updates and reports on project progress to stakeholders.

Develop and maintain project documentation, including project plans, schedules, and budgets.

Assist in the development and implementation of project management best practices.

Support the continuous improvement of project management processes and methodologies.
Professional & Technical Skills:

Must To Have Skills:Proficiency in Configuration & Release Management.

Strong understanding of project management principles and methodologies.

Experience in managing and delivering projects within scope, budget, and timeline.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams.

Good To Have Skills:Experience with Agile project management methodologies.

Knowledge of ITIL framework and IT service management processes.

Familiarity with project management tools such as Microsoft Project or JIRA.

Ability to analyze and interpret project data to drive informed decision-making.
Additional Information:

The candidate should have a minimum of 3 years of experience in Configuration & Release Management.

This position is based in Mumbai.

A 15 years full-time education is required.
