Project Role :Application Developer

Project Role Description :Design, build and configure applications to meet business process and application requirements.

Roles & Responsibilities:

Gather functional requirements

Design, Develop, Test and Deploy Workflows and Transformations using Informatica Power Center, IICS

Migrate workflows from IPC to IICS

Analyze data flow requirements and develop scalable design for staging and loading data and translated business rules and functionality requirements into ETL procedure

Data Preparation for Unit Testing, Unit Test Case preparation, Unit Testing, Bug fixing

Support system and user acceptance testing, as well as go-live activities

Develop appropriate project documentation

Develop reusable components and services

Assist the Systems and Technical Architect as needed

Capture and document best practices

Excellent Troubleshooting, Analytical and Debugging skills in ETL.

Support User Acceptance Testing and Fix Bugs.

Deployment to Different Environments including Production using Best Practices

Process and Quality compliance

Supports and strengthens technical knowledge base across the Integrations CoE
Professional & Technical Skills:

Must To Have Skills:Expertise in Informatica Intelligent Cloud Services.

Good To Have Skills:Experience with ETL tools Informatica PowerCenter, Informatica Intelligent Cloud Services, Oracle 11g functions, procedures, materialized views

Knowledge of Integration methodologies, processes, and tools.

Experience in delivering end-to-end projects involving Source data quality checks, job validations, developing mappings, staging data, transformations, SCD types.

Practice standard development process leveraging agile methodologies such as SCRUM and Test-Driven Development.

Hands on experience of software development and environment administration using Informatica PowerCenter, Informatica Intelligent Cloud Services or SAP Data Services.

Strong ETL experience of using Informatica 10.X PowerCenter Client tools - Mapping Designer, Repository manager, Workflow Manager Monitor and Server tools.

Highly skilled in Oracle SQL, PL/SQL, SQL Plus, development of Stored procedures, Triggers, PL-SQL/TSQL packages

Developing functions, views, and stored procedures.

Optimize and tune database schemas, stored procedures, triggers, and dynamic queries

Experience Integrating with enterprise systems like MDM, SFDC will be an advantage.

Experience in previous migrations

Experience in UNIX scripting.
Additional Information:

The candidate should have a minimum of 7+ years of experience in Informatica Intelligent Cloud Services.

The ideal candidate will possess a strong educational background in computer science, information technology, or a related field, along with a proven track record of delivering impactful data-driven solutions.

This position is based at our Kolkata office.
