Summary:As an Application Developer for Clicksoft (FSE and Click Mobile) application, you will design, build, and configure applications to meet business process and application requirements. You will collaborate with the team to ensure successful project delivery and contribute to key decisions. Your typical day will involve analyzing business requirements, designing and developing applications, and troubleshooting issues to provide effective solutions.
Roles & Responsibilities:

Expected to be an SME

Having 8-10 years of experience in Clicksoft (Click mobile and FSE) and expertise in Upgradation, Customization and Data migration projects

Work on end-to-end delivery of Click implementations and Integrations with exposure on different/multiple integrations in a client facing roles.

8+ years of experience in Click Schedule/FSE and Click Mobile customization (coding), should have hands-on exp on javascript.

Should have exp in Click schedule (service optimization) and Click Mobile configuration (mobility studio)

Should have exp in server side and Client Side customization

Should have exp working in performance tuning from Click side

Should have experience in Click Projects handling independently

Should have Project management experience and able execute projects medium to large

Experience with Oracle, MS SQL-Server etc.

Having experience in Click setup and sizing.

Collaborate and manage the team to perform

Responsible for team decisions

Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions

Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams

Design, build, and configure applications to meet business requirements

Perform code reviews and ensure code quality

Troubleshoot and resolve application issues
Professional & Technical Skills:

Must To Have Skills:Proficiency in ClickSoftware (FSE and Click Mobile)

Multiple project experience required in configuration & customization on both Click Schedule/FSE and Click Mobile

Experience in C#.Net and should understand Click objects / Client API-Server-side API Knowledge on BGO / agent's events.

Working knowledge of PL/SQL

Need to have contribution to multiple Click projects as SME

Technical skill must have - C#,VB, SQL Server, Jquery, java script, cshtml

Tools knowledge must have- Visual Studio, Click Software, Mobility studio, GitHub, Splunk, AppDynamics, TFS, VSTS

Web exposure must have - ASP.NET, Silverlight

Experience on estimation and assessment of the Click project for performance, scalability etc.

Should have strong understanding on the click best practice and troubleshooting experience on performance improvement projects.
Additional Information:

The candidate should have a minimum of 5 years of experience in ClickSoftware

Should have strong communication and problem-solving skills

Conduct boot camps and trainings internally

Thought Leadership activities in the form of assets, accelerators, POCs, POVs

Should be able to work with other team to build relationship

A 15 years full-time education is required

Should be flexible with shift work hours / on call supports
