Summary:As an Operations Engineer, you will support the operations and/or manage delivery for production systems and services based on operational requirements and service agreement. You will ensure the smooth functioning of the systems and provide timely support to resolve any issues that may arise.
Roles & Responsibilities:

Expected to perform independently and become an SME.

Required active participation/contribution in team discussions.

Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems.

Monitor and maintain the performance of production systems.

Troubleshoot and resolve any issues or incidents that may arise.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth operations.

Implement and maintain system monitoring and alerting tools.

Document and update standard operating procedures for system maintenance and troubleshooting.
Professional & Technical Skills:

Must To Have Skills:Proficiency in IBM AS/400 Administration.

Experience with system monitoring and alerting tools.

Strong understanding of ITIL processes and best practices.

Knowledge of scripting languages such as Shell or Python.

Familiarity with cloud platforms and technologies.

Good To Have Skills:Experience with IBM Power Systems administration.
Additional Information:

The candidate should have a minimum of 2 years of experience in IBM AS/400 Administration.

This position is based in Mumbai.

A 15 years full time education is required.
