Summary:As a Program/Project Management Lead, you will lead business and technology outcomes for assigned program, project, or contracted service. You will leverage standard tools, methodologies, and processes to deliver, monitor, and control service level agreements. Your typical day will involve overseeing and managing the progress of projects, ensuring adherence to timelines and budgets, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to achieve project goals. You will also be responsible for identifying and mitigating risks, resolving issues, and ensuring the successful delivery of projects.
Roles & Responsibilities:

Expected to be an SME

Collaborate and manage the team to perform

Responsible for team decisions

Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions

Expected to provide solutions to problems that apply across multiple teams for visualization and analytics

Should have hands On in Visualization and reporting Area. No tool limitation. Should have broader visibility

Candidate should be able to manage and drive programs

Expected to provide solutions to problems that apply across multiple teams

Oversee and manage the progress of projects

Ensure adherence to timelines and budgets

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve project goals

Identify and mitigate risks

Resolve issues

Ensure successful delivery of projects
Professional & Technical Skills:

Must To Have Skills:Proficiency in Tableau, Reporting Analytics

Good To Have Skills:Experience with Microsoft Power BI and Reporting

Strong understanding of statistical analysis and machine learning algorithms

Experience with data visualization tools such as Tableau or Power BI

Hands-on implementing various machine learning algorithms such as linear regression, logistic regression, decision trees, and clustering algorithms

Solid grasp of data munging techniques, including data cleaning, transformation, and normalization to ensure data quality and integrity
Additional Information:

The candidate should have a minimum of 12 years of experience in Tableau

This position is based at our Bengaluru office

A 15 years full-time education is required
