Summary:As an Operations Engineer, you will support the operations and/or manage delivery for production systems and services based on operational requirements and service agreement. You will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth functioning of the infrastructure and services. Your typical day will involve monitoring and troubleshooting system issues, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and implementing solutions to enhance system performance and reliability.
Roles & Responsibilities:

Expected to be an SME

Collaborate and manage the team to perform

Responsible for team decisions

Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions

Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams

Ensure the smooth functioning of the infrastructure and services

Monitor and troubleshoot system issues

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to address operational requirements

Implement solutions to enhance system performance and reliability
Professional & Technical Skills:

Must To Have Skills:Proficiency in Infrastructure Service Management

Good To Have Skills:Experience with Accenture Cloud Retail Execution Functional, Retail Store Operations

Strong understanding of infrastructure service management principles

Experience in managing and maintaining production systems

Knowledge of ITIL framework and best practices

Familiarity with incident management and problem resolution processes

Ability to analyze and interpret system performance data

Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
Additional Information:

The candidate should have a minimum of 5 years of experience in Infrastructure Service Management

This position is based at our Bengaluru office

A 15 years full time education is required
