Summary:
As a Technology Architect, you will review and integrate all application requirements, including functional, security, integration, performance, quality, and operations requirements. You will also review and integrate the technical architecture requirements. Additionally, you will provide input into final decisions regarding hardware, network products, system software, and security. This role requires a strong understanding of technology architecture and the ability to collaborate with multiple teams to ensure the successful implementation of solutions.


Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to understand their requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
- Design and develop technology architecture solutions that align with business goals and objectives.
- Evaluate and recommend hardware, network products, system software, and security solutions.
- Ensure the integration of technical architecture requirements into the overall application architecture.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and advancements in technology architecture.
- Identify and mitigate risks associated with technology architecture decisions.


Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills:Proficiency in Microsoft 365.
- Good To Have Skills:Experience with Workplace Technology Solutions, Microsoft Sharepoint Administration, Microsoft Teams Infrastructure.
- Strong understanding of technology architecture principles and best practices.
- Experience in reviewing and integrating application requirements.
- Knowledge of hardware, network products, system software, and security solutions.
- Ability to design and develop technology architecture solutions.
- Familiarity with industry trends and advancements in technology architecture.
- Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills.

Additional Information:
- The candidate should have a minimum of 5 years of experience in Microsoft 365.
- This position is based at our Pune office.
- A Graduate and above education is required.
