Summary:As an Application Tech Support Practitioner for Packaged Application Development, you will be responsible for providing ongoing support to clients and ensuring the smooth functioning of systems. Your typical day will involve accurately defining client issues and designing resolutions based on deep product knowledge, using exceptional communication skills to keep our world-class systems running.
Roles & Responsibilities:

HANA Backups Design using Azure Service vault and Snapshot mechanism

SAP HANA Administration

High Availability concepts

Responsible for performing technical tasks for a project like Installation and configuration of SAP Netweaver, performing the SAP version upgrades for ABAP and Java, Vertex installation and configuration, HANA Migration including all project activities.

Performing the activities like HRSP updates, kernel updates, Security notes, Support pack updates,Service tools updates, HANA uprades, BSI tubs update, vertex updates and all kind of planned/unplanned outages. Professional & Technical Skills:

Must Have Skills:Proficiency in SAP BASIS Administration.

Good To Have Skills:Experience in other SAP modules.

Experience of about 4 to 6 years in ERP environment as a SAP Basis consultant in Implementation, post implementation and run support phases.

Experience with installation and maintenance SAP ECC 6.0, EHP5 upgrade for ECC 6.0 and EHP upgrade for BW 7.0, installation of Netweaver for ABAP and Java systems and systems copies

Support pack upgrading, Service tools upgrade, Kernel Upgrade, Transport Management System, and Homogenous System Copy/refresh of R/3

SAP/DB system Refresh using restore/recovery.

ITIL Certification.

Knowledge on service management and monitoring tools.

SAP HANA or any other SAP certification

Azure\Oracle cloud computing Knowledge and work experience

Scripting tools knowledge

LRS administration

BSI monthly TUBS update

Vertex monthly rate updateAdditional Information:

The candidate should have a minimum of 3 years of experience in SAP BASIS Administration.

Minimum 40+ months of Linux Server Admin Experience.

Experience must have been gained in a production environment.QualificationGraduate
