Summary:As a Program/Project Management Representative, you will deliver business and technology outcomes for assigned programs, projects, or contracted services. You will leverage standard tools, methodologies, and processes to deliver, monitor, and control service level agreements. Your typical day will involve ensuring the successful execution of programs and projects, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and providing effective communication and reporting to stakeholders.
Roles & Responsibilities:

Expected to perform independently and become an SME.

Required active participation/contribution in team discussions.

Contribute in providing solutions to work-related problems.

Manage and oversee the execution of assigned programs and projects.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful delivery of outcomes.

Provide effective communication and reporting to stakeholders.

Identify and mitigate risks and issues that may impact program/project delivery.

Ensure adherence to project management methodologies and best practices.

Continuously monitor and control service level agreements to meet business and technology objectives.
Professional & Technical Skills:

Must To Have Skills:Proficiency in Program Control Services.

Strong understanding of project management methodologies and best practices.

Experience in managing and delivering programs and projects.

Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

Good To Have Skills:Experience with Agile methodologies.

Knowledge of cloud technologies and services.

Familiarity with project management tools such as JIRA or Microsoft Project.
Additional Information:

The candidate should have a minimum of 2 years of experience in Program Control Services.

This position is based at our Bhubaneswar office.

A 15 years full-time education is required.
