Summary:As a Business Function Implement Practitioner, you will support the implementation of activities for a specific business function to improve performance end to end. This involves analyzing and designing/re-designing business processes and defining parts of an organization.
Roles & Responsibilities:

Expected to be an SME.

Collaborate and manage the team to perform.

Responsible for team decisions.

Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.

Expected to provide solutions to problems that apply across multiple teams.

Lead process improvement initiatives within the business function.

Develop strategies to enhance operational efficiency.

Provide guidance and mentorship to junior team members.
Professional & Technical Skills:

Must To Have Skills:Proficiency in Oracle Utilities Work and Asset Management.

Strong understanding of business process analysis and design.

Experience in organizational restructuring and optimization.

Knowledge of change management principles.

Good To Have Skills:Masters degree in Business Administration.
Additional Information:

The candidate should have a minimum of 12 years of experience in Oracle Utilities Work and Asset Management.

This position is based at our Bengaluru office.

A Bachelors degree in Science, Technology, Engineering or Mathematics and a Masters degree in Business Administration is required.
