Summary:As a Business Function Implement Practitioner, you will support the implementation of activities for a specific business function to improve performance end to end. Analyzing and designing/re-designing business processes and defining parts of an organization are key aspects of your role. Roles & Responsibilities:- Expected to be an SME- Collaborate and manage the team to perform- Responsible for team decisions- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams- Lead process improvement initiatives- Develop and implement strategies to enhance business function performance Professional & Technical Skills:- Must To Have Skills:Proficiency in O9 Solutions- Strong understanding of process improvement methodologies- Experience in business process analysis and design- Knowledge of organizational structure and function- Good To Have Skills:Change management expertise Additional Information:- The candidate should have a minimum of 5 years of experience in O9 Solutions.- This position is based at our Ahmedabad office.- A BTech/BE/MCA degree is required.
