Summary:As a Business Agility Practitioner, you will provide business agility and technology innovation advisory services to aid clients in outlearning and outperforming the competition. You will play a crucial role in organizational transformation and help clients achieve their business goals. Roles & Responsibilities: - 5-8 years relevant work experience in delivering projects using the agile methodology for Risk (preferably Market Risk in Investment or Corporate Banking) and Finance projects especially around data sourcing-Understanding data concepts and being able to perform data analysis.-Proficient use of SQL and Python-Ability to assimilate information quickly, make informed decisions, ability to use own initiative to resolve issues/ investigate and find solutions.-Regular and confident interaction with end-users and customers having strong focus on delivering strategic solutions for the business.- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.- Responsible for team decisions.- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.- Lead and facilitate workshops to identify business requirements and translate them into actionable plans.- Develop and implement strategies to improve business agility and drive innovation.- Analyze and evaluate existing business processes to identify areas for improvement.- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and document business requirements.- Identify and recommend solutions to address business challenges and achieve desired outcomes. Professional & Technical Skills:- Must To Have Skills:Proficiency in Business Requirements Analysis.- Strong understanding of business process modeling and analysis.- Experience in conducting stakeholder interviews and workshops.- Ability to translate business requirements into functional specifications.- Good To Have Skills:Experience with Agile methodologies.- Knowledge of business architecture frameworks such as TOGAF.- Familiarity with process improvement methodologies like Lean Six Sigma.- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Additional Information:- The candidate should have a minimum of 5 years of experience in Business Requirements Analysis.- This position is based at our Bengaluru office.- A 15 years full time education is required.
