Summary:As an Enterprise Architect, you will spearhead the design, development, and configuration of cutting-edge applications, serving as the key point of contact.You will ensure the delivery of robust solution designs while collaborating closely with cross-functional teams to meet business objectives. Leveraging your deep expertise in Salesforce Marketing Cloud and Data Cloud, you will drive innovation and implement high-impact solutions tailored to business needs. Roles & Responsibilities:- Act as a SME with extensive knowledge and experience.- Provide guidance and strategic advice to influence key decisions.- Lead and take ownership of critical team decisions.- Collaborate with multiple teams, offering insights and contributing to major decisions.- Develop scalable solutions that can be applied across teams and functions.- Partner with stakeholders to gather requirements and align business goals.- Lead the architectural design of applications utilizing SFMC and Data Cloud- Create solution designs for SFMC & Data Cloud applications to fulfill specific business requirements. Required Skills & Expertise:Must-Have Skills: - High Proficiency in Salesforce Marketing Cloud and Salesforce Customer Data Platform.Good-to-Have Skills: - Experience in Decisioning and Pharma Data Model design and Mulesoft Integration - In-depth understanding of data management and integration principles. - Proven experience in designing and implementing complex data models. - Hands-on experience with the development and maintenance of SFMC applications. - Strong knowledge of marketing automation and customer segmentation techniques. - Exceptional analytical and problem-solving capabilities. Additional Information:- Candidates should possess overall 15-20 years of experience with 4-5+ years of hands on experience in Salesforce Marketing Cloud and Customer Data Platform.- This position is primarily based in Hyderabad, with flexibility for Bengaluru (preferred) or other locations.- A minimum of 15 years of formal education is required.
