Project Role Description :Administer, develop, test, or demonstrate databases. Perform many related database functions across one or more teams or clients, including designing, implementing and maintaining new databases, backup/recovery and configuration management. Install database management systems (DBMS) and provide input for modification of procedures and documentation used for problem resolution and day-to-day maintenance.

Summary:As a Database Administrator, you will administer, develop, test, or demonstrate databases. You will perform many related database functions across one or more teams or clients, including designing, implementing and maintaining new databases, backup/recovery and configuration management. Your typical day will involve installing database management systems (DBMS) and providing input for modification of procedures and documentation used for problem resolution and day-to-day maintenance.
Roles & Responsibilities:

Expected to perform independently and become an SME.

Required active participation/contribution in team discussions.

Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems.

Ensure the smooth operation of database systems.

Design and implement efficient and secure database structures.

Perform regular database maintenance tasks such as backups, restores, and performance tuning.

Monitor database performance and troubleshoot any issues that arise.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement database solutions.

Stay up-to-date with the latest database technologies and best practices. Professional & Technical Skills:

Must To Have Skills:Proficiency in Oracle Database Administration.

Strong understanding of database concepts and architecture.

Experience in database installation, configuration, and maintenance.

Knowledge of backup and recovery procedures.

Familiarity with database security and access control.

Good To Have Skills:Experience with Oracle RAC and Data Guard.

Experience with performance tuning and optimization.

Knowledge of SQL and PL/SQL programming languages. Additional Information:

The candidate should have a minimum of 3 years of experience in Oracle Database Administration.

This position is based at our Bengaluru office.

A 15 years full time education is required. Summary:As an Application Support Engineer, you will be responsible for identifying and solving issues within multiple components of critical business systems. Your typical day will involve providing support for Oracle Database Administration and utilizing AAAP (Accenture Advanced Analytics Platform) to ensure smooth functioning of the systems.Roles & Responsibilities:- Provide support for Oracle Database Administration and ensure the smooth functioning of the systems.

Identify and solve issues within multiple components of critical business systems.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure timely resolution of issues.
