Summary:As a Security Delivery Lead, you will lead the implementation and delivery of Security Services projects, leveraging our global delivery capability. You will be responsible for ensuring the successful execution of projects and delivering high-quality security solutions to our clients. Your typical day will involve overseeing project activities, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and providing guidance to ensure project success.
Roles & Responsibilities:

Expected to perform independently and become an SME.

Required active participation/contribution in team discussions.

Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems.

Lead the implementation and delivery of Security Services projects.

Ensure the successful execution of projects and delivery of high-quality security solutions.

Oversee project activities and collaborate with cross-functional teams.

Provide guidance and support to project team members.

Identify and mitigate project risks and issues.

Ensure adherence to project timelines and deliverables.

Maintain effective communication with stakeholders.

Stay updated with the latest security trends and technologies.

Continuously improve project delivery processes and methodologies.

At least 2-3 years' experience in supporting Firewall Infrastructure and or Operations

Good understanding of OSI layer model and basic understanding of packet flow

Good knowledge in deployment, maintenance and operations of the following technologies - Cisco ASA/FirePower, NGFW/WAF, Palo alto, Fortigate, Zscaler Cisco umbrella, Proxy

L1/L2 knowledge of Fault Management like Identify and Classify Fault, Investigate and Diagnose Fault and Provide Fault resolution

Should have experience of software patch management to manage the Firewall patch management cycle, patch testing and deployment of patches on timely basis

Experience and knowledge on one or many Firewall Audit and Optimization tools such as Skybox, Firemon, Algosec, Voyence, etc.

Provide day to day operational support for the Firewall Management Service.

Candidate should have knowledge of backup and restoration for configuration as per defined backup and restoration policy

Create various reports for remediation, change tracking and on demand basis.

Support client with Firewall Management related questions including those related to remediation procedures and technical aspects

Candidate should have experience on Firewall policy management to help team to manage the Firewall Audit, Rule optimization and policy cleanup

Good Understanding for firewall Logs to investigate any incidents happening in the environment.

Must To Have Skills:Proficiency in Network Security Operations.

Strong understanding of security principles and best practices.

Experience in implementing and managing security solutions.

Knowledge of network security technologies and tools.

Familiarity with security frameworks and standards.

Good To Have Skills:Experience with incident response and threat intelligence.

Recommendation:Familiarity with cloud security and automation tools.

Good Knowledge of ITIL, good understanding of Service management (Incident, change and problem management)

Experience in the documentation and design of Standard Operating Procedures.

Good analytical, troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.

Good communication and collaboration skills
Additional Information:

The candidate should have a minimum of 2 years of experience in Network Security Operations.

This position is based at our Mumbai/Bengaluru/Gurugram/Pune office.

A 15 years full time education is required.

Willing to work in shifts and provides after-hour and weekend on call support when required
