Roles & Responsibilities:

Expected to build knowledge and support the team.

Participate in Problem Solving discussions.

Provide ongoing support to clients, ensuring their systems or applications are running smoothly.

Communicate effectively with clients to understand their issues and provide appropriate solutions.

Interpret and design resolutions based on your deep product knowledge.

Collaborate with the team to continuously improve system or application performance.

Stay updated with the latest industry trends and technologies.

Assist in training new team members to ensure a smooth onboarding process.
Professional & Technical Skills:

Must To Have Skills:Proficiency in Service Desk Management.

Good To Have Skills:Experience with Service Desk Voice Support.

Strong understanding of IT support principles and best practices.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Ability to accurately define client issues and provide appropriate solutions.

Knowledge of troubleshooting techniques for system or application issues.
Additional Information:

The candidate should have a minimum of 0-2 years of experience in Service Desk Management.

This position is based at our Gurugram office.

A Bachelor's degree is required.
