SummaryWe are seeking an experienced Oracle C2M Administrator Associate Manager to oversee the administration and operational management of the Oracle Customer to Meter (C2M) system. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of Oracle C2M, a proven track record of managing system configurations and optimizations, and the ability to lead and mentor a team. This role requires expertise in Oracle C2M functionality, system performance, integrations, and the ability to work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure successful implementation and smooth operation of the Oracle C2M platform.
Roles & Responsibilities:-Strong knowledge of Oracle C2M functionality, system configuration, and administration. Hands-on experience with Oracle Utilities platforms and Oracle Cloud solutions is a plus.-Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills to address complex Oracle C2M issues and ensure minimal impact to the business.-As the Oracle C2M Administrator Associate Manager, you will be responsible for managing day-to-day administration of the Oracle C2M platform, ensuring that the system is running efficiently, troubleshooting issues, and leading improvements and updates to the platform. You will also be responsible for mentoring your team and providing guidance on best practices in Oracle C2M administration.-Oversee the day-to-day administration of the Oracle C2M system, including configuration, maintenance, and optimization of the platform.-Team Management:Lead and mentor a team of Oracle C2M administrators, ensuring high-quality service delivery, troubleshooting, and system optimization.-System Performance and Monitoring:Monitor system performance, identify issues, and implement optimizations to improve efficiency, scalability, and reliability of the Oracle C2M system.-Manage system configurations, apply patches, and implement upgrades or new releases of Oracle C2M in collaboration with cross-functional teams.-Provide expert troubleshooting and resolve complex issues related to Oracle C2M, ensuring minimal disruption to business operations.-Work closely with technical teams to manage integrations between Oracle C2M and other enterprise systems, ensuring seamless data flow and process integration.-Collaborate with business users, project managers, and functional teams to gather requirements, provide system support, and ensure the C2M system meets organizational needs.:Ensure proper documentation of system configurations, changes, and troubleshooting steps. Ensure compliance with company standards and procedures for system management.-Identify opportunities for process improvement and system enhancement, providing recommendations to improve the efficiency and effectiveness of the Oracle C2M system.
Professional & Technical Skills:-Proven experience in leading a team, providing mentorship, and managing priorities effectively.-Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to liaise with cross-functional teams and senior management effectively.-Ability to manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery of results and system optimizations.-Experience with system integrations, data flow management, and working with technical teams to implement seamless Oracle C2M integrations.
Additional Information:-8+ years of experience working with Oracle C2M, including administration and system management. Experience leading or mentoring a team is preferred-Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.-This position is based at our Bangalore office.
