SummaryWe are seeking a highly skilled Oracle MDM Conversion Developer to lead the design, development, and execution of data conversion solutions for Oracle MDM systems. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of Oracle MDM, strong technical skills in data migration, and hands-on experience in designing and developing custom conversion tools and scripts for successful data transfer from legacy systems.
Roles & Responsibilities:-Design and develop data conversion solutions for Oracle MDM implementations, ensuring a seamless migration of data from legacy systems to Oracle MDM.-Develop and implement custom ETL (Extract, Transform, Load) processes and tools to support the migration of customer, billing, metering, and other relevant data into Oracle CC&B.-Create conversion scripts, batch processes, and data validation routines to ensure the accurate transfer of data between systems.-Design and develop data validation and reconciliation processes to ensure post-conversion data matches the source system.-Perform unit testing and assist with system and user acceptance testing (UAT) to verify conversion results and ensure data accuracy.-Collaborate with functional teams to ensure that conversion processes align with business requirements and CC&B system configurations.-Lead the migration of large volumes of data while ensuring minimal disruption to business operations during the conversion process.-Document conversion designs, processes, and best practices, and provide ongoing support for future conversion activities.-Strong experience in Oracle CC&B, with a deep understanding of its data model, architecture, and key modules such as customer management, billing, metering, and collections.
Professional & Technical Skills:-Experience with data migration tools, including third-party ETL tools, as well as Oracle Utilities' native conversion tools.-Strong knowledge of CC&B data migration best practices and strategies, including mapping, data cleansing, and reconciliation.-Experience working in cross-functional teams to ensure smooth collaboration and successful project delivery.-Strong communication skills, with the ability to effectively document and communicate technical concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.Additional Info:

The candidate should have a minimum of 8+ years of IT experience, with at least 3-5 years of hands-on experience in data conversion and migration for Oracle MDM.-Minimum 15 years of full-time education Degree in Engineering will be a plus-This position is based at our Bangalore office.
