Summary:As a Human Resources Advisory Lead, you will lead, develop, implement, and integrate initiatives or programs related to Talent Acquisition, Compensation, Performance Management, Payroll, Workforce, and data administration. You will provide deep subject matter expertise on global process design, deployment, and maintenance of contractual scope of work.
Roles & Responsibilities:

Expected to be an SME.

Collaborate and manage the team to perform.

Responsible for team decisions.

Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.

Expected to provide solutions to problems that apply across multiple teams.

Develop innovative strategies for talent acquisition.

Implement effective compensation and performance management programs.

Oversee payroll and workforce administration.
Professional & Technical Skills:

Must To Have Skills:Proficiency in Solution Architecture.

Strong understanding of global process design and deployment.

Experience in integrating initiatives related to Talent Acquisition, Compensation, and Performance Management.

Knowledge of data administration and maintenance.

Hands-on experience in implementing contractual scope of work.
Additional Information:

The candidate should have a minimum of 12 years of experience in Solution Architecture.

This position is based at our Pune office.

A 15 years full-time education is required.
