Roles & Responsibilities:

Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.

Responsible for team decisions.

Expected to provide solutions to problems that apply across multiple teams.

Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business requirements and translate them into process designs.

Analyze existing business processes and identify areas for improvement.

Design and document new business processes, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and objectives.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define product requirements and use cases.

Conduct user and task analysis to represent business needs and ensure usability of new processes.

Identify and recommend process improvements to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.

Provide guidance and support to project teams during the implementation of new processes.

Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry best practices.

Stay updated with industry trends and advancements in business process management.

Contribute to the development and maintenance of process documentation and training materials.

Support change management activities to facilitate the adoption of new processes.

Collaborate with stakeholders to resolve process-related issues and address any concerns.

Participate in process audits and assessments to identify areas of improvement.

Mentor and coach junior professionals to enhance their skills and knowledge.
Professional & Technical Skills:

Must To Have Skills:Proficiency in Microsoft Dynamics 365 ERP Technical.

Experience in analyzing and designing business processes.

Strong understanding of business process management principles and methodologies.

Knowledge of industry best practices and standards in business process management.

Experience in conducting user and task analysis to gather business requirements.

Ability to translate business requirements into process designs.

Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Good To Have Skills:Experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance and Operations.

Familiarity with agile methodologies and project management principles.
Additional Information:

The candidate should have a minimum of 12 years of experience in Microsoft Dynamics 365 ERP Technical.

This position is based at our Ahmedabad office.

A 15 years full time education is required.
