Manage delivery for production systems and services based on operational requirements and service agreement.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure timely resolution of issues and incidents.

Maintain documentation and knowledge base for the cloud contact center operations. Professional & Technical Skills:

Must To Have Skills:Experience in Cloud Contact Center Operations.

Good To Have Skills:Knowledge of Cloud Computing, Networking, and Security.

Strong understanding of ITIL processes and incident management.

Experience in managing and troubleshooting cloud-based systems and services.

Experience in scripting and automation using tools like Python, PowerShell, or Bash. Additional Information:

The candidate should have a minimum of 2 years of experience in Cloud Contact Center Operations.
