Summary:As an Operations Engineer, you will support the operations and/or manage delivery for production systems and services based on operational requirements and service agreement. Your typical day will involve ensuring the smooth functioning of production systems and services, addressing operational issues, and adhering to service agreements.
Roles & Responsibilities:

Expected to perform independently and become an SME.

Required active participation/contribution in team discussions.

Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems.

Monitor and maintain production systems to ensure optimal performance.

Troubleshoot and resolve operational issues in a timely manner.

Implement and adhere to service agreements and operational requirements.

Collaborate with team members to optimize system performance.

Document operational processes and procedures for future reference.
Professional & Technical Skills:

Must To Have Skills:Proficiency in Application Lifecycle Management (ALM).

Strong understanding of ITIL framework and best practices.

Experience with incident management and problem resolution.

Knowledge of cloud computing technologies and services.

Good To Have Skills:Experience with DevOps practices.
Additional Information:

The candidate should have a minimum of 3 years of experience in Application Lifecycle Management (ALM).

This position is based at our Bengaluru office.

A 15 years full time education is required.
