SummaryWe are seeking a skilled Oracle C2M Reporting Developer to design, develop, and maintain reporting solutions for the Oracle Customer to Meter (C2M) platform. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in data extraction, reporting, and business intelligence within the Oracle C2M environment. The Reporting Developer will work closely with business stakeholders to understand reporting requirements, create custom reports, and ensure data accuracy and integrity across multiple sources.
Roles & Responsibilities:-Design and develop custom reports and dashboards based on user requirements within the Oracle C2M platform, ensuring data accuracy and proper presentation.-Proficient in using Oracle BI Publisher, Oracle Analytics, or similar tools for creating customized reports and dashboards.-Extract data from Oracle C2M and other integrated systems, performing necessary transformations to ensure the quality and usability of the data for reporting purposes.-Utilize reporting tools such as Oracle BI Publisher, Oracle Analytics, or other business intelligence tools to create and deliver reports to business users.-Work with business users, functional consultants, and technical teams to understand reporting needs, design reports, and refine requirements.-Optimize the performance of reports to handle large volumes of data efficiently and deliver results in a timely manner.-Troubleshooting and Support:Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to report generation, data accuracy, and performance, providing ongoing support for business users.-Ensure that reports are based on accurate, up-to-date data by maintaining consistent data integrity checks within the Oracle C2M platform.-Create and maintain documentation for reports, including data sources, calculations, and report structure to ensure clarity and ease of future modifications.-Automate recurring report generation processes to improve operational efficiency and reduce manual intervention.-Continuously evaluate and improve reporting solutions to ensure they meet business needs and are scalable for future requirements.
Professional & Technical Skills:-Strong skills in data extraction, querying, and writing SQL queries to pull data from Oracle C2M and other integrated systems.-Experience in designing, developing, and optimizing reports and dashboards based on business intelligence best practices.-Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills to address issues related to report accuracy, performance, and data integrity.-Ability to work effectively with business users and cross-functional teams to understand reporting needs and deliver optimal solutions.-High attention to detail in ensuring data accuracy and report functionality.-Familiarity with the Oracle Customer to Meter (C2M) platform, including its data structures, integrations, and batch processes.-Excellent verbal and written communication skills for gathering requirements, explaining technical concepts, and delivering reports.
Additional Information -6 to 8 years of experience in developing and delivering reports within the Oracle C2M or Oracle Utilities environment. -Oracle certifications in Oracle C2M, Oracle BI Publisher, or related technologies are a plus.-Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Analytics, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.-This position is based at our Bangalore office.
