Summary:As a Software Development Lead, you will be responsible for developing and configuring software systems, applying knowledge of technologies, methodologies, and tools to support clients or projects. You will play a crucial role in the product lifecycle, ensuring efficient and effective software solutions are delivered.
Roles & Responsibilities:

Expected to be an SME

Collaborate and manage the team to perform

Responsible for team decisions

Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions

Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams

Lead and mentor junior professionals

Drove investigations, gained support, and implemented MDM technologies to provide business value, enhancing client ability to deliver innovative healthcare solutions

Contribute in all phases of the development lifecycle

Write well designed, testable, efficient code

Ensure designs are in compliance with specifications

Support continuous improvement by investigating alternatives and technologies and presenting these for architectural review
Professional & Technical Skills:

Must To Have Skills:Proficiency in Informatica MDM

Strong understanding of data integration and data quality processes

Experience in designing and implementing MDM solutions

Knowledge of data governance principles

Hands-on experience with Informatica PowerCenter
