You will assess the current state, identify customer requirements, and define the future state and/or business solution. Research, gather, and synthesize information to drive business success.
Roles & Responsibilities:

Expected to perform independently and become an SME.

Required active participation/contribution in team discussions.

Contribute in providing solutions to work-related problems.

Develop and maintain business architecture models.

Collaborate with stakeholders to understand their needs and translate them into business requirements.

Analyze data to identify trends and insights for decision-making.

Create detailed reports and presentations to communicate findings and recommendations.

Stay updated on industry trends and best practices to enhance business processes.
Professional & Technical Skills:

Must To Have Skills:Proficiency in EPIC Systems.

Strong understanding of business process analysis and design.

Experience with process improvement methodologies.

Knowledge of data analysis and interpretation.

Familiarity with project management principles.
Additional Information:

The candidate should have a minimum of 3 years of experience in EPIC Systems.

This position is based at our Coimbatore office.

A 15 years full-time education is required.
