Collaborate with clients to gather requirements and understand their network architecture.

Conduct site surveys and assessments to ensure optimal network Performance and coverage.

Create implementation plan considering minimal service downtime and implement the same independently.

Install, configure, and test network hardware and software, including routers, switches, wireless controllers/access points, and SDWAN devices.

Ensure seamless integration of new solutions with existing network infrastructure.

Implement network security measures and protocols as part of the deployment process.

Provide technical support during and after the deployment phase.

Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to routing, switching, wireless, and SDWAN solutions.

Conduct performance testing and optimization to ensure network efficiency and reliability.

Create detailed documentation for deployed network solutions, including network diagrams, configuration files, and user manuals.

Participate in initiatives involving creation of re-usable assets.Must Have Skills/
Qualifications:

Educational
Qualifications:BE, BTech.

Technology Certifications:CCNA (must have), CCNP (good to have), CCDP (good to have).

Proven experience in network implementation with a focus on routing and switching, wireless networking, and SDWAN deployment.

Familiarity with various networking technologies and vendors (e.g., Cisco, Juniper, Aruba, Ruckus, Fortinet, VMware VeloCloud).

Experience with network security practices and technologies.

Strong understanding of networking concepts, including routing, switching, Wireless LANs, VPNs, and firewalls.

Excellent network troubleshooting skills.

Ability to communicate effectively with clients and team members.

Experienced on Network Transformation projects involving integration of Voice, Video and Unified Messaging Services with the Core Data Network.

Experience in large enterprise networks with global presence.

Experience in deployment of enterprise-class wireless networks, including access points, servers, routers, hubs, switches, and other hardware.

Ability to deploy, and maintain security policies, standards, procedures, and guidelines.

Good understanding of the emerging network technology trends.
