Project Role Description :Utilize industry/domain experience to deliver business value to clients. Implement and stabilize client network processes, maximize client operations, or uncover opportunities to reduce costs, increase revenue, improve customer satisfaction and optimize business processes. Develop industry expertise or standard network frameworks (e.g. e-TOM) to improve client business functions like network planning and operations, order management, provisioning, test and install and service assurance etc.

Good to have skills :SAP HANA Cloud

Educational Qualification :Should have completed Graduation from reputed College/University

Summary:As a Network Operations Advisor, you will utilize industry/domain experience to deliver business value to clients. Implement and stabilize client network processes, maximize client operations, or uncover opportunities to reduce costs, increase revenue, improve customer satisfaction and optimize business processes. Develop industry expertise or standard network frameworks (e.g. e-TOM) to improve client business functions like network planning and operations, order management, provisioning, test and install and service assurance etc.
Roles & Responsibilities:

Expected to perform independently and become an SME.

Required active participation/contribution in team discussions.

Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems.

Develop and implement network strategies to enhance client operations.

Analyze network performance and recommend improvements.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize network processes.

Stay updated on industry trends and technologies to suggest enhancements.

Provide training and guidance to junior team members.
Professional & Technical Skills:

Must To Have Skills:Proficiency in SAP EWM.

Good To Have Skills:Experience with SAP HANA Cloud.

Strong understanding of network protocols and configurations.

Knowledge of network security principles and best practices.

Experience in network troubleshooting and performance optimization.
Additional Information:

The candidate should have a minimum of 3 years of experience in SAP EWM.

This position is based at our Mumbai office.

Should have completed Graduation from reputed College/University.
