Summary:
As an Operations Engineer, you will support the operations and/or manage delivery for production systems and services based on operational requirements and service agreement. You will ensure the smooth functioning of network infrastructures and provide technical support to resolve any issues that may arise.


Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Manage and maintain network infrastructures to ensure optimal performance.
- Troubleshoot and resolve network issues in a timely manner.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement network upgrades and enhancements.
- Monitor network performance and identify areas for improvement.


Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills:Proficiency in Network Infrastructures.
- Good To Have Skills:Experience with Cloud Computing.
- Strong understanding of network protocols and technologies.
- Experience with network troubleshooting and diagnostic tools.
- Knowledge of network security principles and best practices.

Additional Information:
- The candidate should have a minimum of 5 years of experience in Network Infrastructures.
- This position is based at our Bengaluru office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
