Leverage industry knowledge, world class capabilities, innovation and digital experience for our clients in the Metal and Mining industry, boosting their efficiency.

Engage with senior management as part of the go-to market team and assist in sales and project deliveries leveraging analytics and upcoming technology.

Develop and execute global strategies, manage complex change initiatives and integrate solutions to meet changing business challenges.

Deliver competently within one geography, or across geographies.

Drive engagements in the area of digital transformation, operational excellence, drive initiatives around analytics and upcoming AI technologies.

Provide sound solutions to executives within all aspects of metal and mining value chain.

Qualifications

Your experience counts!

Engineering Bachelors or Master's degree in Metallurgical, Mining, Production or Mechanical, or similar streams, and/or MBA from a Tier-1 B-school

5-9 years consulting experience in Metals and Mining industry or 3-5 years of industry experience plus 2-4 years of consulting experience

Thorough understanding of metal and mining value chain, including raw material supply chain, metal production processes, sales and distribution, maintenance

Knowledge of advance analytics and use of Machine Learning in efficiency improvement

Understanding of data (structure, architecture, flow, etc.) and analytics (operational KPIs, reporting, dashboarding, etc.)

Proficiency in interface design, python, SQL and other programming is added advantage
