  • The Practice – A Brief Sketch
    The Strategy & Consulting Global Network Song practice is aligned to the Global Network Song Practice of Accenture and works with clients across their marketing, sales and services functions. As part of the team, you will provide transformation services driven by key offerings like Living Marketing, Connected Commerce and Next-Generation Customer Care. These services help our clients become living businesses by optimizing their marketing, sales, and customer service strategy, thereby driving cost reduction, revenue enhancement, customer satisfaction and impacting front end business metrics in a positive manner.

  • As an Executive Creative Director you will work closely with Clients and the Accenture Song team, manage the creative direction of some of our global clients clients , ensuring each project, no matter how big or small, produces world-class work. You would create and oversee the smartest, most influential, most awarded work in the business. You will need to oversee multiple clients from ask through execution, demonstrating team leadership, a strong point of view, and motivational skills throughout. You will need to be an expert in identifying and nurturing both great ideas and great talent .

  • We expect our Executive Creative Directors to be the leaders amongst leaders, who can represent our culture and standards to all levels and disciplines within the department, company-wide and across the industry.

  • Create, adapt and manage the creative direction for master campaign s of global brand to be relevant and insightful across the globe .


  • Oversee the entire process of creation and execution of all the elements of the campaigns by the Operations team, to ensure the highest quality of output for the campaign.


  • Find creative opportunities on even the most challenging of clients .


  • Inspire work beyond traditional advertising; develop and foster inventive ideas with a point of view in different global markets .


  • Push for unique ideas in social, digital and ideas that use innovative technology .


  • Solve problems by creating integrated systems .

  • Build client relationships with a deep understanding of clients, their business needs, and our role in their success. Establish full client trust in their instincts and decisions .



  • Key Skills:Portfolio or samples of work demonstrating smart, brand-building ideas and executions . Marketing or b rand s trategy , brand storytelling, understanding of consumer psychology and persuasion techniques , research, c ampaign m anagement, b rand c ontent m anagement , o mni- c hannel campaign planning, design , execution and management ; c ampaign reporting and analytics; a dvertising campaigns & promotions , s ocial media strategy , UI/UX experience.

  • Y our experi ence counts!

  • Overall experience of 15+ years with at least 1 3+ years of branding, creative conceptualization & execution, or advertising experience as a S r. C reative D irector or related role, with a major consulting firm or advertising agency or leading MNC.

  • Bachelor’s degree (Minimum) in art/design/communication/copywriting or related field from A Listed communication/ design institutes .

  • In-depth knowledge of branding, creative development and execution, digital marketing, and campaign deployment.

  • Proven experience in the development of integrated marketing and communications campaigns for clients.

  • Strong portfolio of published creative work on top brands across diverse categories.

  • Proficiency in Graphic design and illustration software like (not limited to) Adobe illustrator, photoshop, Adobe Creative Suit etc and Video editing and motion graphics tools.

  • Knowledge of using AI and GenAI tools.

  • Experience in working with senior management levels within existing organization / client organizations.

  • Good research, organizational, and time-management skills.

  • Creative, collaborative spirit.

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
