Summary:As an Application Lead, you will lead the effort to design, build, and configure applications, acting as the primary point of contact. You will be responsible for overseeing the entire application development process and ensuring its successful implementation. Your role will involve collaborating with cross-functional teams, managing the team's performance, and making key decisions. With your expertise in Workday Core HCM, you will contribute to solving complex problems that apply across multiple teams, showcasing your creativity and leadership skills.
Roles & Responsibilities:- Expected to be an SME in Workday Core HCM- Collaborate and manage the team to perform effectively- Responsible for team decisions and ensuring their successful implementation- Engage with multiple teams and contribute to key decisions- Expected to provide solutions to problems that apply across multiple teams- Lead the effort to design, build, and configure applications- Act as the primary point of contact for application-related matters- Oversee the entire application development process- Ensure successful implementation of applications
Professional & Technical Skills:- Must To Have Skills:Proficiency in Workday Core HCM- Strong understanding of software development principles and methodologies- Experience in designing and implementing applications- Knowledge of application configuration and customization- Familiarity with integration tools and techniques- Good To Have Skills:Experience with Workday Reporting and Analytics- Recommendation:Proficiency in Workday Security and Workday Studio
Additional Information:- The candidate should have a minimum of 12 years of experience in Workday Core HCM- This position is based at our Chennai office- A 15 years full-time education is required
